DRAINAGE & ENVIRONMENTAL SOLUTIONS
Kenward is well established in providing all aspects of drainage and environmental services including repairs and new installations.
Over the last 30 years, Kenward has established a reputable and professional drainage sector within the business, built around the needs of our customers. Our experience and extensive knowledge allows us to provide solutions to all drainage problems, private and commercial, whilst considering the ever growing needs of the environment.

PACKAGED SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS PLANNING AND INSTALLATION
Kenward specialises in providing the best solutions for a wide range of outlets where mains drainage is not available. We work closely with leading manufacturers enabling us to use the latest technology to produce a cost effective, long term solution for both domestic and commercial installations. We can also ensure relevant approvals are granted from the necessary agencies, including lawful discharge licences from the Environment Agency and Building Control approval from the local authority for any new installation.

PACKAGED SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS
Sewage Treatment Plants operate by cleansing effluent to a high enough standard to enable consented discharge into the ground or a watercourse. We ensure our customers receive high quality installations in this specialist area from the leading brand names that design and manufacture cost-effective products compliant with the Environment Agency's exacting standards.
SEPTIC TANKS
Typically two or three chamber systems where the sewage sludge is retained for sufficient time and under appropriate conditions, to partially break down (anaerobic decomposition), from which an effluent discharge takes place. A septic tank should be emptied at least every 12 months. Septic tanks are always accompanied by a suitably sized sub-surface irrigation system (soakaway) and can only be used when the ground conditions are very porous.
CANALS AND WATERWAYS
Kenward provides emergency response crews to manage and maintain canals and waterways. We have the equipment, experienced operatives and resources available to carry out flood relief operations, river defence works and maintenance services on an ad hoc basis or as part of a routine maintenance service contract.
DRAINAGE CONNECTIONS AND RAINWATER HARVESTING
With the majority of sewers being located in the public highways, they are regulated by the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991. Kenward is able to supply a team of fully qualified operatives with a wealth of experience in this sector to make your next sewer connection project stress free. Additionally, Kenward can manage all application processes and deal with local providers.
We also provide groundworks services for rainwater harvest recycling installations and attenuation tank systems. With over half the water usage in the U.K not needing to be drinking water, rainwater harvesting systems can be both an efficient and cost effective system to use.
